Today signing a Memorandum Of Understanding Between Qatar International Islamic Bank Q.S.C. (“QIIB”), QNB Capital LLC (“QNBC”) And Southwest Securities Co., Ltd (“SWSC”)

The purpose of the MOU is to establish a strategic partnership between SWSC, QIIB and QNBC, with the goals and objective which are:

1. To develop the opportunities for the establishment of Shari’a compliant financing and investment in the PRC;
2. To support SWSC in accessing the investor markets primarily in Qatar and the Middle East, and secondarily beyond these markets; and
3. To support QIIB and QNBC in accessing the PRC market for financing and investments, either directly or indirectly”.
