QIIB will launch two distinguished offers on the occasion of Ramadan pertaining to personal finance and vehicle finance within the framework of a bank initiative that is aimed at sharing of blessings during the Holy Month.

Customers who wish to obtain finance under the two new offers may receive it based on a reduced and fixed profit rate during the period of the finance term in addition to QIIB points, which can be exchanged with flight tickets. All eligible customers may also receive a grace period of up to 24 months.

Under this offer, the monthly payment of a personal finance of QR100,000 will be QR1,661 for a period of 72 months or QR2,352 for 48 months.

As for vehicle finance from QIIB, the offer includes distinguished benefits starting from a profit rate fixed at 2.7%, in addition to a grace period of up to 24 months and a comprehensive vehicle insurance at a rate of 2.8%.

Furthermore, each customer will receive 5,000 QIIB points against finance amounting to QR100,000.

The QIIB vehicle finance offer covers all types of new and used vehicles (less than five years) with a finance rate of 100% for Qataris and up to 60% for expatriates.

On the occasion of launching the two offers, QIIB Deputy CEO Jamal Abdullah al-Jamal said: "Every year, we plan to honour our valued customers on the occasion of the holy month of Ramadan in a distinguished manner, which reflects our desire to provide the best and most convenient offers that cover various banking products and services and meet their needs and expectations".

He said, “The personal finance and vehicle finance offers this year are competitively packaged, which include many new features and provide value addition to our customers. It is in this respect that we have included the QIIB Points, which can be added to their balance and exchanged with airline tickets to destinations of their choice.”

Mr Jamal said, “In the new offers, we were keen on providing competitive and fixed profit rate throughout the finance period, in addition to other features and options such as the grace period and competitive price for the comprehensive vehicle insurance.”
