The QIIB Domestic Worker Card is a banking solution designed to enable you pay salaries to your Domestic Workers, who earn up to QAR 5,000 per month. Salaries will be directly deposited to the Domestic Workers Card and can be used at any ATM or Point of Sale purchases in the State of Qatar. Salaries can be paid to the Domestic Worker Card via QIIB Mobile and Internet Banking.

 POLICY AND PROCEDURES GUIDE

• Employer should hold a QIIB Retail Account to issue Domestic Worker Cards
• Employer will need to provide QIIB with each Domestic Worker Cardholder’s Mobile Number, Qatar ID, Passport 
• Employers must communicate to the employees the security issues associated with protecting their Card and PIN

ELIGIBILITY

• The Employee must have a Mobile Number, valid Qatar ID, Valid Passport.
• Only Employees with salary below QAR 5,000 per month
• Employer can request a maximum of 10 Domestic Worker Cards

WHAT IS THE APPLICATION PROCESS?

• Employer needs to sign “Domestic Worker Card Services Agreement”
• Employer needs to sign “Terms and Conditions Governing the Domestic Worker Card Service”
• The application must be submitted to any QIIB Retail Branch

• Valid Employee QID
• Valid Employee Passport
• Employee Mobile Number

• Employer should complete the “Domestic Worker Card – Card Replace/ PIN Re-Issue” Form
• Form is to be signed by the Employer
• The above form is to be presented to any QIIB Retail Branch

DOMESTIC WORKER CARD DISPUTE/CLAIM

• Employer should complete the “Domestic Worker Card – Dispute/Claim” Form
• Form is to be signed by the Employer
• The above form is to be presented to any QIIB Retail Branch

SALARY CARD CANCELLATION

• Employer should complete the "Domestic Worker Card – Cancellation(s)" Form
• Form is to be signed by the Employer
