As the official sponsor of the tournament, QIIB has announced the launch of a special promotional campaign to celebrate the 2025 Amir Cup. The campaign offers QIIB Visa credit cardholders the chance to enter a draw to win cash prizes totaling QAR 500,000, with five winners each receiving QAR 100,000.

All QIIB Visa credit cardholders will be automatically entered into the draw once they meet the campaign’s requirements, with the promotion running from May 6 to May 24, 2025.
To qualify for the draw, customers must spend a minimum total of QAR 10,000 using any QIIB Visa credit card during the campaign period. For every QAR 100 spent locally, customers will earn one entry, while international and e-commerce spending will earn two entries for every QAR 100 spent.

Commenting on the launch of the campaign, Mr. Talal Al-Jaidah, Head of Banking Products at QIIB, said: "We are proud that QIIB is serving as the official sponsor of the Amir Cup for the second consecutive year, as part of our three-year agreement with the Qatar Football Association under which the bank is the official sponsor of the national teams and the Amir Cup."

He added: "We are delighted to share the excitement of the Amir Cup with our customers through a campaign that offers them the chance to win valuable cash prizes. Through such initiatives, we aim to reward our customers and further enhance the benefits and privileges they enjoy when using our cards for their transactions and spending."

He continued: "At QIIB, we are constantly working to deliver exclusive benefits to our customers, meeting their aspirations and needs while providing them with a rich banking experience that keeps pace with the latest trends in the financial sector."

He emphasized the importance of the campaign, noting that: "It coincides with a major sporting event in the country and features a flexible and easy participation mechanism, giving customers real chances to win simply by using their cards as they normally would — whether locally, internationally, or through e-commerce transactions."

Al-Jaidah invited all QIIB customers to take full advantage of this campaign and actively participate, noting that the bank has recently intensified its efforts to launch campaigns offering valuable and exceptional rewards to its customers. He also encouraged customers to follow the Amir Cup tournament through all its stages, support their favorite teams, attend matches, and engage with the accompanying events and activities.
